    Responsibilities

    Two Harbors is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support their expanding business initiatives.  This individual will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting the development and execution of the investor relations program and would be primarily responsible for institutional investor communication and outreach.  The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.  They are also confident and professional in their phone and email communications, as well as have an ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide support for and promote company through external messaging and communication, including but not limited to supporting investor/analyst calls, contributing to the quarterly earnings process and developing of marketing materials.
    • Assist in enhancing corporate visibility through roadshows, conferences, bespoke investor meetings, analyst days and other corporate events.
    • Assist with targeting, including creating and updating institutional investor target lists and researching and maintaining profiles on existing investors and potential leads.
    • Support IR analysis, through collecting and analyzing stock price movements, investor and analyst perceptions and stock ownership, as well as evaluating and researching industry, peers and competitors financial statements, statistics and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.
    • Manage vendor relationships and maintain tracking of contracts and new industry participants and trends.
    • Promote internal communication through assisting with quarterly IR Roundtable preparation and presentation, development of quarterly Board of Directors communications and presentations and supporting Reg FD trainings for employees.
    • Clerical and administrative responsibilities, including, among other things: travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing briefing materials, market intelligence requests and database management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a communications role; preferably public company investor relations.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, particularly Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally internally and externally.
    • Candidate must have a high degree of professional poise and have strong relationship building skills.
