    Position Description:

    TWO Harbors is seeking a Conversion Data Integrity Analyst who will perform a wide variety of duties to support the Servicing Transfer and Servicing Oversight teams. This role will work closely with our network of originators and sub-servicers. Qualified candidates will be flexible, results oriented, self-starting, possess strong communication skills, have a background in data analysis, and familiarity with mortgage servicing/originations practices.


    • Complete service transfer activities for both origination flow and bulk loan acquisitions:
      • Analyze servicing data to proactively identify issues that may result in financial loss, regulatory/investor risk, and consumer impact,
      • Complete loan population reconciliations for bulk and flow transfers,
      • Evaluate servicing file image data for reasonability and completeness.
    • Maintain positive relationship with internal stake holders, selling partners, and sub-servicers.
    • Develop new servicing data exception reporting that provide business value, improve operational efficiency and minimize risk to the organization.
    • Maintain audit ready procedural documentation.
    • Partner with functional leads, business analysts, and technology to design, develop, and implement, scalable solutions for the long-term; perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis services as required to meet business needs.


    • Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or finance strongly preferred.
    • SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Management Studio.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite package including an advanced knowledge of Excel and Access applications.
    • 3+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry, working with mortgage data, and analytics and systems from origination to servicing.
    • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or Ginnie Mae service transfer requirements is a plus.
    • Capable of leveraging data to evaluate performance, identify exceptions, and create efficiencies
    • Ability to partner with traders, business executives and teams of all stature.
    • Ability to present team work efforts in a meaningful way to a wider audience.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Experience working with MSP/LPS/Black Knight servicing systems is strongly preferred.
